Fleet ManagerONLINE

Pilot guide — how to add your characters and fly in a fleet.

In short: log in with EVE → add all your characters → tick the ones you fly → pick a ship → press Enter Fleet → wait for an FC → match your windows to the number the app assigns you.

1. Log in your first (main) character — step by step

Login goes through EVE Online SSO — CCP's official sign-in page. Your EVE password is entered only on EVE's side; our site never sees or stores it.

Step 1. Open the site

Open fleetmanager.linkpc.net in your browser. Use Chrome or Edge for the always-on-top overlays (Overlay ⧉ and Kill Order ⧉, sections 6–7).

The login screen. The big Login with EVE button is in the center.

Step 2. Click “Login with EVE”

Click Login with EVE. The browser sends you to EVE's official sign-in page (login.eveonline.com).

If a pop-up window opened and vanished, make sure your browser isn't blocking pop-ups for this site, then try again.

Step 3. Sign in to your EVE account

On the EVE page, enter your account Username and Password and click Sign In. (You can also sign in via Steam / Epic Games if your account is linked.)

Step 4. Pick your character and click Authorize

On the Character Selection screen, pick the character you're logging in (your main first — it becomes your main) and click Authorize. That confirms the app's fleet access — needed once per character.

Step 5. Back to the site

After you authorize, EVE returns you to the site — the setup screen opens with your Your characters list. The first character you logged in gets the MAIN tag — that's your main.

Logged in the wrong character? Login is tied to your EVE account. To switch, first log out of it on EVE's side (the sign-out button on login.eveonline.com), then log in again.

2. Add your other characters (alts)

Each EVE login adds one character, so repeat the procedure for every window you fly.

  1. On the setup screen click the green Add Character button — it's in the ship row.
  2. Go through the same EVE login (steps 3–4), but pick the alt you want on the EVE page.
  3. Repeat until every character you multibox is in the Your characters list. New ones arrive with the ALT tag.

The Add Character button in the ship row and the per-character row controls. More on the checkbox / / in section 3.
All your characters group automatically under one account (your main) — you only ever need to do this once per character. Logging in the same character again creates no duplicate.
New PC or browser? Just log in with your main — the whole alt list is restored automatically, no need to re-login each alt. The access token is refreshed by the app itself, so your session doesn't go stale.

3. Set up your character list

Each row in Your characters has these controls:

ControlWhat it does
CheckboxInclude this character in the fleet. The number of ticked characters = how many windows you bring. Your main is always ticked and locked on.
/ Reorder. Order matters — alts are invited and trimmed from the bottom of the list first.
Remove the character from the list entirely.
Ship iconsThe community's format fits for that character. Click one for a stats window: damage, tank, capacitor and the required skills with your own levels.
ESI (amber)Shows up only when that character's EVE access is out of date. Click it and log in with that character again, or we can't read its skills.
Right-clickMenu: Select main character (make this one your sticky main) or Mark as sponge.

A ship icon comes in three states: plain — you have the skills; red ring with a number — that many skills are missing (the stats window names them); greyed out — we haven't read your skills yet, so press ESI on that row and log in again. Grey means "we don't know", not "you can't fly it".

Tags you'll see: MAIN your main window · ALT a normal extra window · SPONGE a filler window that takes leftover seats and is the first to be dropped when the fleet is tight.

4. Declare your ship (required)

  1. Under Choose your ship, click at least one ship icon you can fly. Until you pick one, Enter Fleet stays disabled.
  2. Under Bonuses (optional), click any command bursts you can bring.
5+ windows rule: if you fly 5 or more windows, you're expected to bring a bonus — declare a command burst under Bonuses, or a booster-capable ship (e.g. Sleipnir) under Choose your ship. Otherwise the FC sees a warning next to you.

5. Enter the fleet

  1. Press Enter Fleet. You go to the Waiting… queue.
  2. An FC picks you up. The button has a 30-second cooldown between presses.
  3. When you're accepted, you land on the Pilot screen.

6. The Pilot screen — flying

The big number is how many windows the app has assigned to you. (shown as assigned / actually in the EVE fleet)

The In fleet counter shows how many of your characters are actually in the real EVE fleet right now.

Matching your windows

If the number of your open windows doesn't match your assignment, a blinking red banner appears:

Green/red dots next to each character show which of them are actually in the EVE fleet right now.

Handy controls

7. Kill Order — NPC target priority

A separate window with the kill-order / target priority for the three Incursion vanguard sites, filtered to your role. Open it with the Kill Order ⧉ button in the fleet menu (the Pilot tab, next to Overlay ⧉). Available to every pilot.

The window floats over the game and can be moved and resized (Chrome/Edge; otherwise it opens as an in-page pop-up). Its header also shows your live window count (In Fleet N or ±N) — same as the plain overlay, so you don't need two windows open.

How to use it

  1. Pick your role first (top row) — remembered between sessions:
    RoleTargets shown
    DDLTurret targets
    CloseClose targets
    LongFar targets
  2. Then pick the site (second row) — TPPH / NRF / TCRC.
  3. The list then shows only your role's targets, in kill order — nothing mixed. Sites with several waves get jump buttons straight to a pocket/wave.

What's inside

SitePocketsWavesHighlights
TPPH31 · 1 · 3 Antem Neo — web the one nearest the gate and kill it last; Ostingele "X dies last"; then load DPS missiles and shoot the tower.
NRF14 Wave 4 depends on how many far targets spawn; Intaki Colliculus — LOGI BS. No tower.
TCRC11 Niarja Myelen — kill on sight; Schmaeel ×2 "X" — don't shoot till command; after-tower kill points (all roles).

Every NPC shows its real EVE ship icon, name, and a note where it matters (ammo to load, "kill last", "kill on sight", etc.). A single Tower icon appears in TPPH and TCRC.
